Infrastructure

St. Johns County offers an exceptional infrastructure foundation that empowers businesses to operate efficiently and scale with confidence. At the heart of the transportation network is the Interstate 95 corridor, a major north–south artery running directly through the county, providing direct access to the entire East Coast and linking to I‑10 just 30 miles north. In addition, the First Coast Expressway (SR 23/CR‑2209) is under construction, further enhancing capacity and providing a western connection between I-95 and I-10 for improved access, freight movement, manufacturing traffic, and corporate logistics.
